The Grand Launch of Entré took place on the campus of the University of Canterbury, attracting over 300 attendees. This event presented a fantastic opportunity to introduce the new executive team, announce both returning and new sponsors for the club, and provide an overview of the upcoming year.

An incredible evening.
What a way to kick off the year! Our Launch Night was an incredible evening filled with networking and inspiration. Seeing so many ambitious students and young entrepreneurs come together at the sold-out event to connect and share ideas was a reminder of the thriving entrepreneurial spirit at UC.
We’re a student-led organisation based at the University of Canterbury that fosters the entrepreneurial mindset in the students of Ōtautahi. Plus, we’re heaps of fun.

Brianne West
Founder of Ethique
Brianne started Ethique as a poor university student, batch-making products in her kitchen. As a member of Entre, she quickly realised that she’d need to think a little bigger.
She entered the Enterprise Challenge and worked with a business mentor during the eight-week program, crafting a business plan. At the end of the competition, her mentor offered to invest and is still a business partner in Ethique today.
