Videographers (x2)
Entré is on a mission to make Christchurch NZ's startup capital, and we're looking for two Videographers to help capture that energy on camera. We're hiring for two flavours of the role: one focused on short-form content — fast-turnaround, vertical video for Instagram Reels and Stories across our events calendar (Launch Night, the Napkin Challenge, AM Club, Finale Night) — and one focused on long-form content — polished, landscape video for our most important moments, sponsor deliverables, and recap videos.
Whichever role suits you, you'll work closely with our marketing crew to keep our content buzzing and make sure every founder, speaker, and sponsor moment gets the spotlight it deserves. We're looking for someone with a good eye, a knack for pacing and editing, and the flexibility to shoot on the fly (some of our best content comes from spontaneous moments, not scripted ones). No professional experience required — just bring your creativity, and enthusiasm for Christchurch's startup scene.
-
Great ideas deserve great design — and as our Graphic Designer, you'll be the one making sure everything Entré puts out looks sharp, cohesive, and unmistakably us. From event posters and social graphics to sponsor decks and merch, you'll bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You'll work closely with the marketing team to turn briefs into polished visuals, keeping our look consistent while finding room to be creative and bold.
We're looking for someone with a strong eye for layout, colour, and typography, and confidence working in tools like Canva or the Adobe suite. You'll receive training on our brand guidelines from Plato, a Christchurch marketing agency, so you'll be set up to hit the ground running. It's a great opportunity to build out your portfolio with real, published work while getting stuck into the local startup scene. No professional experience required — just a keen eye, an appetite to create, and enthusiasm for what we're building.
-
Behind every Entré event, post, and newsletter is a content machine that needs keeping in motion — and that's where you come in. As our Marketing Associate, you'll work closely with our CMO to schedule and coordinate content, run our LinkedIn presence, keep the Entré website up to date, and create event tickets as our calendar fills up. You'll also team up with our Fund Manager to help pull together our newsletter, keeping our community in the loop on everything happening across the startup scene.
We're looking for someone organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling a few moving parts at once. A feel for social media and clean, on-brand communication goes a long way.

Accerlate the growth of Entre at uni, running the fortnightly coffee Entré is on a mission to make Christchurch NZ's startup capital — and that means extending our reach beyond UC to Lincoln University. As our Lincoln University Manager, you'll be our on-the-ground lead for all things Lincoln: organising Lincoln Clubs Day, distributing posters and promo for events like the Napkin Challenge and Enterprise Challenge, and building relationships with Lincoln students, clubs, and staff to grow our presence on campus. You'll be the link between the wider Entré exec team and the Lincoln student community, making sure founders and aspiring entrepreneurs there feel just as connected to Entré as their UC counterparts.
We're looking for someone based at or familiar with Lincoln University, who's proactive, well-connected on campus, and keen to build something from the ground up. You don't need startup experience — just strong organisation, a passion for community-building, and the drive to get Lincoln students excited about entrepreneurship.
